I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Economics at NOVA SBE.

During the PhD, I have been a Visiting Student Research Collaborator at Princeton University, hosted by Gianluca Violante. I was a Research PhD Trainee at the European Central Bank and participated in the IMF Fund Internship Program at the IMF.

Research Interests: Household Heterogeneity, Fiscal/Monetary Policy, Production Networks, Labor Markets

I study the role of micro-heterogeneity in shaping households' and firms' decisions and their relationship with fiscal and monetary policy. I study inequalities through the lens of heterogeneous agent models and I am passionate about understanding how micro-level dynamics can inform the design of more effective macroeconomic policies.
